I found a very cool website today---had to mark it as a favorite. One neat feature is under the Tools menu dropdown, click on Nutrient Search Tool. Enter the parameters you are looking for, and voila! For example, I chose foods high in Vitamin K but low in fat. Then I narrowed it down to the fruit & veg category---and I got the list of those foods highest in Vitamin K and low fat. I reckon I'll be analyzing everything I eat today! There is a lot of good info here. Let me know how you like this tool!
