Has anyone tried the Dubrow diet? It involves interval eating. I have purchased the book and am wondering if it's just another fad.

I have never heard of it but from my understanding after some research, the best diet you can get on is the “no refined sugar” diet. avoid processed sugar as much as you can.

I never heard of the diet, but I like these 2 people! I do like this plastic surgeon on the show Botched.
