My dog has vomited about once every two weeks for the past month and a half. This usually starts around midnight, she'll throw up, then stay up until about 3-4 in the morning doing dry heave type things and get really gassy which ends the whole cycle, so I think she just may be getting bad gas pains. She gets fed her daily ration of good quality food (have never switched brands on her), isn't eating anything unknown (she is always supervised outside), so I can't figure out why. Her last vet check (before the vomiting started) came out fine. I saw Petco, Petsmart, Dr. Fosters & Smith and those kind of stores sell digestive aids that are daily supplements. Does anyone have any suggestions for those type of products? There aren't many reviews for them online.

If you've not switched foods and she's not getting into anything foreign and the last vet exam was before the symptoms started, then I suggest she needs to see the vet again as it could be anything!
I think the vet should also xray your dog just to make sure she doesn't have anything strange in her tummy or in that area. (like a small toy, rock, etc.)
If she doesn't have a blockage, try Digestzyme or something like that from the human health food store. It's cheaper...way cheaper. It sort of helps break down the enzymes that cause gas and aids in digestion. Be stuck in a room with 6 gassy Rottweilers and you learn these things.......
I just brought a toy poodle and she seems to be having trouble making a poo poo. It is like she is straining and it gets stuck on her bottom. Help please.
Udo's Choice digestive enzymes. Best thing out there and made by a very reputable company, without any artificial ingredients. This stuff is amazing, I wish I discovered it sooner!

You posted on a thread that's 4 years old and would have had more responses with starting your own.
We all love to give advice, but you need to take your dog to the vet, like, right now. She could have an obstruction and those can be fatal.
