I got my first pay check today from a part time marketing job i do & it says gross & exp. I dont know what exp.means & its not expenses or is it ?

I cant get a hold of the office until monday.

Also...i didnt get travel pay cause they said they dont pay for local travel.

Is 9/10 miles one way considered local travel ?

Exempt? Meaning you don't get overtime after 40hrs.

And 9 to 10 miles is local. If you traveled by horse then it would be considered non local.
