Possibly. But I think a better solution would be for people who take up jobs to stop leeching off of the economy and start doing their share to create jobs.

You mean they should reopen some of the closed factories?
What does that mean?

Now, if we could only convince the parasite class to stop breeding like rabbits and the productive class to start popping out at replacement level, we might be able to reverse the trend.

Kind of hard to rear children properly in a Walmart economy. Maybe if those parents could snag two McJobs things would be better?

There's people that go through life just taking up jobs. Never hiring people. It's not necessarily one type of worker. A factory worker could eventually give up his job, start his own factory, then hire people. Then you have a worker that was taking up a job, making jobs.

The issue is that we have too many people looking for other people to provide jobs and not enough creating jobs.

The question is why would you have kids in a Walmart economy? I first learned about our trade deficit and it's oncoming issues when I was in 6th grade (Thanks Mr. Buck). We knew what jobs were going to stay, which were going to leave. This was a 30 year process at this point. Parents should have adapted to the economy. 30 years is enough time for anyone.... even McDonalds workers.

What I was really getting at was... why would you have kids if you were on a path to be homeless?

This is all general, however. There are exceptions.

What a load ot complete garbage! What else would you expect from a doom and gloom website like that piece of trash? The pull phony "statistics' out of their a$$es and try to preach to us how bad it is. It's their JOB.

I call complete and utter BS on the whole story.

Another fine candidate for "most ridiculous thread of the year"!
