what it is? how much I will be forced to pay. and when?

now I have no health insurance... i pay nothing. when I m sick I go buy myself a box of aspirin at Walmart or kruger.

maybe a flu once a year. sometimes nothing.

you still don't have to buy health insurance. the penalty isn't very significant until the year 2016, which you wont see until 2017. so if you really don't want to spend money on health insurance, you can wait another 2 years.

you may be able to purchase subsidized health insurance which will limit your costs depending on your income.
