OP - Except for your post being a blatant advertisement and against the forum rules I would like to see it stay because perhaps you can add information to the problem of employment in this economy.

What sort of education and skill levels do you require for your employees? Do you hire degreed Engineers? How are your service technicians trained? Approximately how many do you need to hire per year (approximations not actual numbers as that is probably sensitive information)? approximately what are the salaries or hourly pay scales.

Do you have problems finding people that are capable of doing the work required. Do you train on site or have an apprentice system?

I believe our posters would find this information very interesting.
