Mooching aka couch surfing is not a legitimate option, nor is it sustainable.

You're being evasive.

Please detail them, clearly you have experience in all avenues here so I'm all ears in hearing your personal experience and suggestions outside of owning, renting and homelessness

Therefore renters are fair game to soak with regressive taxes?

Does the referenced $1,500 property tax associated with rental property apply everywhere, or is it a Michigan thing?

Don't you qualify for the Michigan Homestead Property Tax Credit?

Something like 36 states have extra taxes on rental property.

Why would you ask me a question in response to a question I asked you?

Your question is irrelevant to mine but if you wish you review homestead expemptions across the nation you can do that on your own

There you go, being deliberately obtuse again.

Look, I get it. I did the internet equivalent of beating you up and taking your lunch money, and you're upset about it. Is trying to take shots at me going to make you feel better? If so, have at it, it doesn't bother me.

I asked you a question, you responded with an irrelevant question and when called out you respond with childish nonsense? It looks like it's your problem not mine. There was no attempt to take a shot at you in most post so why you are crying I have no clue
