I always try to find a local realtor/realty group that pushes out a weekly/monthly/etc. product. For the Honolulu market, I get the Stott Real Estate, Inc. monthly newsletter, which is pretty informative: https://www.stott.com/blog/. I haven't always been fortunate to find a good local newsletter, but it's always worth it to check to see if there are any IMO.
