People are so hard up. They don't want to spend.

BAM, Nottingham is full of shoppers, most likely using plastic to pay for their purchases. There is still more money then we realise. If it all does go the way of a meltdown, trust me, we'll know.

Look out of your window. Do you see crowds of angry people setting mass fires, riot police in full force or even people sleeping on the streets because the banks have foreclosed the entire property, not just the house?

The answer is: NO.
