Math Tutor (pay, student, program, learning)

Does anyone have any experience with a Mathnasium center? I would like to know more about them in general.
Has anyone been a tutor with them? I was wondering what the pay rates are (general range $10/hr, $15/hr, etc...)

I do not know about them, but time4learning.com math program has been very effective for my children and myself. It's $20 a month. You can learn math first by yourself at Omega Math.com and the tutor your own child with ease, or are you the student?
