I have difficulty understanding this "sentence". I should've paid more attention in my reading comprehension class.

Stayed in college too long. Should have known it might be a problem when the department chair of my last degree program thought I was cracking a joke when I said I'd have accumulated over 350 semester hours when I finished that one. But I was having fun at the time. Now my transcript scares the h___ out of hiring managers. Feedback suggests that I've figured out a way to be both "overeducated" and "lack focus". Degrees in three STEM disciplines and I'm locked into self-employment, short term contract gigs, etc.

Default What has been your biggest mistake

Being satisfied to breeze through courses with a B or C when with a slight amount of effort it could have been an A.

Not doing a drainage study on my senior design project despite the fact that I was in the middle of taking Hydrology course.

Having a BFA, then one year toward an MFA, but switching to a Masters in Education. My life was upside down and I went the wrong direction, which I regret. Not a total loss by any means, but it would have been better the other way. At least I think it would have been.
