That's not desperate, that's smart. Also, I believe the Republicans tried this with Hillary for years. To an extent, it worked. You are telling me it isn't going to work with "notes on my hands" Palin?

Let's see, we've seen the Race card, the Bush card, the Economy Over the Cliff card, the Mosque card now the Palin card.

In poker that looks like a losing hand to me.

No, I don't think it's going to help the dems to run against someone who isn't even in the game.
When did the pubs try this with hillary, and in what way do you presume that it worked?

If the Dems have to run against Palin they are in pretty sorry shape. They need to run on their achievements of the last 18 months.

The republicans are washed up and we're going to see the same ho-hum candidates run again. Unless they pull some kind of miracle person out of their rear (no, not palin) obama isn't going anywhere.

Well, when the information comes from the NYT I am skeptical and yes, it is desperation. No, Republicans did not depend on Hillary to help them turn any tides. Can yo give me an example? She only ran for public office twice, well 3 times if you caount the Presidency.

What do you mean, washed up? Are you saying they are not going to make huge strides in November? If you are referring to 2012, this isn't what this particular thread is about...

That maybe the problem ;tehy are runig naginst the wrong pwerson as she is a candidate. No I thnikt ehy have much bigger worries and Pali is just a side show for democrtic liberal talk show host. Obberman and Maddowe are just stuck on siode issues really.Heck tehy are hoping to get rating by their ORiley and Back side show because they are so low when they defwend obama and the democratic congress. No one in office wants to appear o thier program even as its looks like they are too liberal.Perception of appearing is killing their shows.

It worked with O'Donnell. Now it's the Republican leadership's turn to be desperate. Go, Sarah, go.
