Does Pelosi think she is above answering to her constituents? She seems to have time to campaign to corporations for donations but not for her own district. What is up with that?

Her priority is not the people she works for?

She doesnt want to have to answer to what shes done. She only cares about control. She all but says that

Pelosi thinks she is so powerful and idolized she doesn't see a need to bother debating her challenger. Her constituents will re-elect her because they are all living in la-la land, singing "we are the world."

The same reason Rick Perry won't debate his. They both know that if they open their mouths in a debate against their opponent, they are toast.

John Boehner is going to be the next Speaker of the House.

Nancy will have to sit down and stop all of her "National Healthcare" is a right crap.

This country needs some balance. It also needs a commitment to reduce the size of government.

Nancy Pelosi can go out to pasture as far as I'm concerned.

Harry Reid will have to figure out how to spend his millions in retirement.

Probably because she doesn't take her republican challenger seriously. And based on previous election results her judgement appears pretty sound.

1988
Nancy Pelosi: 133530
everyone else: less than 41,000
1990
Democratic Nancy Pelosi (incumbent) 120,633 77.2%
Republican Alan Nichols 35,671 22.8
1992
Democratic Nancy Pelosi (incumbent) 191,906 82.5%
1994
Democratic Nancy Pelosi (incumbent) 137,642 81.85%
2008
Democratic Nancy Pelosi (incumbent) 134,767 71.7%

I'd say her constituents have made their choice resoundingly clear who they would like to represent them.

Republicans are so weak and disliked in California that most Democratic candidates can basically ignore them. Pelosi has nothing to fear from any Republican candidate and actually would be more concerned about the Green party candidate than any yahoo Republican! Republicans number less than 20% of the voters in San Francisco.

In the heart of liberal utopia, the guy really has no shot, but wouldn't this be the coup de grace for the evening?

So basically San Franciscans approve of the way their state and country are both approaching bankruptcy under the social entitlement policies pushed by Pelosi and will be satisfied with more of the same? Is that accurate?

Dream on. The Green party candidate has a better chance of beating a Democrat in the Bay Area. Republicans are viewed as extreme idiots.
