well, yes, I had forgotten that part. I guess it just seemed to be a no news story as it was pretty much over and decided a couple of weeks ago. That was my point more than anything.

Its not newsworthy because Miller is a Tea Party/Fox news golden boy. And he LOST big time.

Anything pertaining to it will continue to be news because Senator Murkowski and the voters of Alaska have just made history.

Default Judge rules against Joe Miller in Alaska Senate race

I'm no expert, but I think that's what usually happens when you lose an election.

Bush v Gore 2000 being the notable exception.

There has been speculation he will keep fighting as the judge allowed semi-misspelled votes to count to see the legality of that Talk about a crybaby.

Even if those are not included he still trails by over 2,000 votes, but it won't stop him....

Fighting this is a waste of time and energy. Not that I like the results. Murkowski is everything I hate in someone who calls themselves a Republican..a liberal at heart, a fighter for the status quo and ruling elite, one of the worst RINOs who has ever walked this earth.

Rejecting the tea party finally puts Alaska back in the favorable mode of Western states. Of-course, disgust of Palin was the main reason Alaskans rejected Miller. Nevertheless, sending a Republican versus a total nut to DC is the best gift Alaska could give the nation.
