He means that you guys think that Obama is trying to incite riots so that he can declare martial law and keep himself in office. That's being dramatic because its not even close to being true.

It could very well happen if Obama is nervous debating Ralph Nader who has promised to run as a Democrat. He'd surely lose to Nader. He may as well quit while he's "ahead" or quit before he actually gets some competition in his own party to lose to. I think that would be more embarassing for him (to try to stick it out).

Fortunately for the GOP Obama will run again. Otherwise they might have to actually put up a substantial candidate to win if someone else were running for the democrats.
