AP has called it. 'Yes' wins. Same-day voter registration is preserved in Maine.

failure: it isn't like something changed is it? The same-day registration was already a law. It is very hard to overturn existing lawas. BTW, Republican or Democrat I, personally think it is a horrible law. it might fair to add, Maine is not exactly the most conservative state in the country..

Maine has had same day registration for some 40 years. If there has been some voter fraud there over that time, I'm sure you'll be glad to provide a link to backup your claim...
