Saw interview with Gabby Giffords.
Her recovery has been close to miraculous. A loving and devoted family, great therapists, and excellent medical care, and most important, her own intestinal fortitude.
I have experience with something similar, and I am amazed at how far she has come so quickly.

We didn't see it but did see the promo for it. Yes, she should be an inspiration to many and what a good feeling with all the negative crap right now. I don't think she will run for office again, but who knows. All we can do is wish she and her family well.
Every time I think I've seen the worst the right has to offer on these boards someone new comes along and proves me wrong.
And everytime some of us see what the left spits out it works the same way. There is a difference between nut cases and people from both sides...How about those who posted they hope Channey dies after he had his last heart scare? It works both ways.
Can't avoid HATE - even where it is not called for.
