Obama does not meet the Supreme Court exclusive, self-limiting definition of natural born citizen as articulated in Minor v. Happersett and affirmed in U.S. v Wong Kim Ark: all children born in the country of parents who were its citizens. These are the natural-born citizens as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.

Obama is not a U.S. citizen under the common law defintion of citizenship by birth as declared under the 14th amendment, which declares citizenship to the United States and requires permanent residence and domicil of the parents. At birth, Barak Sr. had no permanent residence or domicil in the United States.

Obama was born a British citizen. The 14th amendment does not allow dual citizenship according to the Supreme Court in Wong Kim Ark.

No legal proof has been presented in a court of law under the Federal Rules of Evidence No. 902 to prove Obama was born in the United States.

Obama wants this out of the courts.
