A governor should have a VP that has the experience he doesn't have (in my opinion) so one governor shouldn't be thinking about another governor as a running mate. They should be looking for someone with foreign affairs experience/background.
Wouldn't be possible for the Repubs to get anyone lower than the current
Democratic VP.
