Kucinich is an anti-American, but keep telling yourself otherwise.

Exactly, he was as close to being a patriot as a liberal could be. This news saddens me.

First, Kucinich was replaced with another Liberal

The $636 billion defense appropriations bill in 2009 passed House 395-34 vote. Kucinich voted against it, and Kaptur voted for it.

The bill included $127.3 billion in additional defense spending for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, of which Dennis was against.

The other $447 billion omnibus appropriations bill passed 221 to 202. It was Kucinich joining 27 other Democrats and every Republican voting against it. Kaptur voted for it. Kucinich did support the veterans benefits, but he voted against the larger bill because it included Billions of military spending for policies in the Middle East which included $239M to Pakistan.

Dennis is my anti militarism guy
Rumor has it Kucinich will be running in Washington State so I wouldn't
be celebrating too soon.

He was/is a great Statesman and he deserves a continued voice. Fingers
crossed, that he gets it
Even though he was hard left, he was a man of integrity. I liked him. I especially liked that he was for animal rights, was a vegan, and would not support GMO or the Food Modernization Act. He was the last of the good Democrats.

He was a pretty good rep. This is a shame. The anti-war and Fed issue need all the help they can get.

Not quite. Barbara Lee is still in Congress, she is more anti-war then Paul.

This is awful. It sucks that good liberals like him and Alan Grayson continue to disappear from Congress. Atleast Bernie Sanders is still in there...
