The FBI is gearing up to create a massive computer database of people's physical characteristics, all part of an effort the bureau says to better identify criminals and terrorists.

Hate to break it to you, but all of the major insurance companies know more about you in this regard (and they RATE you) than the government ever would.

But if you would rather NOT have electronic medical records, you'd best not travel away from home. That way, if you get sick away from home and are non-responsive, you don't have to worry about unfamiliar doctors giving you something you are allergic to or performing tests on organs that have already been removed.

Hahahahahaha, too right. I don't have a page at any of those sites, nor do I go there. Voyeurism is creepy.

There is a difference between allowing a company that offers services to have those records versus being forced to hand them over to the government. The same with biometric id items.

The rest is just an appeal to emotion.

Yeah, there's a huge difference.

The government is accountable. The corporations are not.
