That much is true. Iran will decide whether we attack them or not. It is no secret what our foreign policy is. You don't trade oil in US dollars then you are asking for it. It's been that way since the seventies. Now of course other countries aren't too happy with that arrangement. Question is will Iran's leaders allow them to use their country to try and make that change? Sadaam and Khadafi didn't fare so well.
Of course they already have the "plans". Hell they probably have plans to invade every country in the middle east, china, russia, mexico, venezuala wherever whenever. The military pays people to do that very thing and people are shocked that they do it for some reason.
This is about the Military Industrial Complex. There will be another war.
