Romney can lose PA and he most likely will. He has to win Ohio and the fact that Ohio is more than 80% white should make it easier for Romney to pull it off.

When the Fox poll shows Romney ahead, we will see how credible the liberals here think it is...lol. I think something is more than likely off with this poll, be we will see if it holds water in a few weeks. People in this country are not the brightest at times and unfortunately, the negative media attacks and ads do have some effect. The only way to counter that is to get just as dirty and spend even more money. That is very sad, but just the facts. We will see how that shakes out.

I nominate this as City-Data Comment of the Year.

If a Fox poll shows Romney ahead when virtually everything else has Obama ahead then yes I would question it. If a Fox Poll shows Romney ahead when other polls are showing something close to it, I would tend to buy it. This goes for pretty much all polling in general, not just Fox.

Bottom line when a poll doesn't match anything else that is out by all means I can see calling it an outlier or at least wanting to hold off until more polls back up the result before judging it. However, this is the third poll in a matter of a couple days showing a very similar result. Now, if it holds or not remains to be seen, but three polls released in the same time frame all showing results very close to one another I would buy.

Not to worry. Scott Rasmussen will simply make up some more pro-Romney numbers later today.

I would say that is a fair assessment and maybe you do view it that way, however, most of the liberals on this site do not and are not that objective about it. If anything, I would say the Fox polling usually doesn't favor the right. They bend over backwards to try and seem bipartisan. I can guarantee that if a Fox poll shows Romney ahead, it will be poo pooed on here by most Obama supporters.

In the unlikely chance that that happens, we'll see

Edward is spinning, spinning, spinning.

I'm not sure why people continuously confuse a recession with a president's economic capabilities. Obama wasn't president for 2 years AFTER the gd recession started. For god's sake people, it's not like Google doesn't exist.
