It IS a funny picture. There were plenty pics of this type when Dubya held the office too which was puzzling. I don't know why photographers take such pics. It's weird. But let the rebuttlicans have their fun. After all what they endured with their empty suit Dubya, who gave us 8 years of jokes, they deserve a little fun.

It is interesting to note that all presidents use and have used teleprompters. All of them. Or the equivalent back in the days when these devices didn't exist.
