obama pissed on the grave of these 5 American heros.

Ali Mussa Daqduq tortured and killed 5 American soldiers. Obama did not want him sent to Gitmo and the Iraqi's are sending him back to Iran.

obama needs to answer this question. The American people need obama to answer this question.
obama avoids pointed questions so Col. West's letter and the questions he asks will not be answered. Americans need to demand an answer.

Don't let accuracy keep you from your rant.

Sounds like the Republicans were chickenshi&s and didn't think that Americans could protect themselves if he was on U.S. soil.

"Republican lawmakers said Daqduq was too much of a public threat to be incarcerated on U.S. soil."

"An Iraqi court has rejected a request to send a Hezbollah commander to the United States for trial, a decision that likely ends the Obama administration's push to prosecute the Lebanese militant held in Iraq for the 2007 killings of five American soldiers. The U.S. believes Ali Mussa Daqduq is a top threat to Americans in the Middle East, and had asked Baghdad to extradite him even before two Iraqi courts found him not guilty of masterminding the 2007 raid on an American military base in the holy Shiite city of Karbala."

Thank you Jen, I was just about to go to bed and figured a sane person would post the correct information that happened with this.

I am declaring this thread to be another Con fail.

Ali Mussa Daqduq, Iraq Terror Commander, Extradition Rejected By Baghdad

Ali Musa Daqduq led an attack in Karbala, Iraq in 2007 in which one American soldier, Captain Brian Freeman, was killed and four other American soldiers tortured and murdered.

obama used the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA), which required Iraqi citizens to be handed over to Iraq before December of 2011, as an excuse for giving Daqduq to the Iraqi government.
Daqduq was born in Lebanon, and was a Lebanese citizen at the time of his capture, SOFA did not have applied to him.

obama should have had Daqduq transferred to Guantanamo Bay where he could have been tried in front of a military commission away from any US. city.

obama didn’t want to remove Daqduq from Iraq without permission from Iraq, obama didn't want to violate its sovereignty.

obama refused to take Daqduq to Guantanamo , which houses other high-value terrorists, because it is an anathema in the Middle East and the Iraqi Prime Minister would not approve the Guantanamo option.

Now he is trying feed us the bs he is trying to get Daqduq back; because of pressure from congress and he is afraid it would affect him in November.

Daqduq is in the wind and soon to live a hero's life in Iran for killing American soldiers thanks to obama

This.

The loony Alan West psychobabble is the ranting of a congressional short-timer who's about to lose the public platform for his irrational rants.
