I just received my early-vote ballot for Az. I am voting for Ron Paul, and will photocopy my ballot. Then, if they want a recount, they will at least have mine.

Hate to tell ya but its against the Federal law to photo copy any voting ballots.

Ronny didn't tell me that, and neither did any other candidate. If you like laws like that you will love the bill the Repubs are pushing to allow them access to all of your emails, and websites you have visited.

Others might but I dont have any problems with that since the US Postal Service already can open any envelope/package they think might be a risk.

That's different. You gave them those packages. You lose all rights to privacy when you hand them over. Emails not sent to the government should be protected fully by the 4th amendment. Persons, houses, papers, and effects.
