I think all of us without blinders on already knew why the server was created. Nobody has a homegrown server installed in their basement for "convenience". Just like all of us without blinders on know that the deleted emails that were wiped out by a program called "bleachbit" aka "cloth" were not about yoga or Chelsea's wedding.
The evidence of intent has been public for months when emails were released through the FOIA that clearly showed they were using the private email/server to hide communications from the government, and public.

Nope, that won't prove any criminally culpable intent vis-a-vis the server use. Trust me.
However, if true (and could be proven true), it would not look good for Hillary for sure. But then again, everybody is getting sick of hearing this stuff and is starting to tune it out. I mean, most of the country have a negative view of Hillary's trustworthiness already . . . .
