Which means that, should there be an indictment, Hillary will be the shaftee, and Obama will be the shaftor.
It will be VERY hard for her to wiggle out of this. There is too much information already known to completely clear her of all responsibility and accountability.
She will continue to claim a vast right wing conspiracy and an anti woman hate from those who prosecute her. It has worked in the past, lie that it is, so she has no reason to doubt it will work again.
Since the DOJ is subject to Obama that is a pretty good bet that they will do nothing.
You're forgetting that Obama doesn't like the woman. I'm sure he'd much rather throw out a candidate of his choosing than someone, like Hillary, who will completely blacklist him from any future sway within the Democratic Party.
