Once a huge advocate for charter schools, Hillary flips and lies about charter school problems after she gets donations and endorsements from the teachers unions. Chalk up one more flip flop for political opportunity. Shows she cares more for her political career than giving good education to our children.

Around these parts the charter schools have largely been a big pile of fail. There's one that is succeeding but it caters to urban upper-middle class families whose children would have done well at another school. It is doing so well that the waiting list has made it statistically harder to get into than Harvard. The rest of the charter's are performing worse than the public schools and at least two have been closed.

Most charter schools are schemes to funnel public money into private hands. School choice and magnet schools within the public school systems are much better ways to improve public education.

Charter Schools are mostly a scam to let racist and classist parents avoid having their dear children from being contaminated by going to schools infested with social undesirables. Also as a way of avoiding funding the educations of the undesirables.

I'm assuming that you're an advocate of social engineering?

Not true -- charter schools significantly outperform public schools in inner cities and spend less money.
New Study Shows Charter Schools Making a Difference in Cities - US News

The teachers unions and education unions have spent tons of money on skewing research to undermine charter schools which are a big threat to their fat bloated and incompetent beaurocracy.

It's obvious.

King Hillary needs the public school teacher's unions to support her in the election. They are against the charter school concept.

This is why the flippty flop.

I hope you are being facetious! Charter schools ARE MOST BENEFICIAL to poor children!!

Yet, once again, it is the democrat party (funded by public teachers' unions) that have removed that option for these children!

Teachers unions are a sacred cow for the DNC. There's no way that they would give that up.

You can't paint the entire nation's charter schools with the same broad brush as used for the Charter Schools in your areas. Each State has different qualifications and requirements for Charter Schools and each Charter School has it's own focus and mission. If those schools are under performing, then the taxpayers in the area need to rectify the situation by removing the school's charter and awarding it to another entity with plans for a better implemented school!
