Thanks for that - to think he pulled in over 7,000 to that one rally and Hillary's last "rally" was 780 people - and the libs think that she's going to take the election - I don't think so. There's more dirt on Hillary than there is on Trump and she doesn't resonate with the people like he does.
What scares me about the "popularity" Trump is enjoying right now is that this sort of parallels another radical person who rose to power in this century.........Adolph Hitler. Hitler became "popular" (even though he wasn't a German himself) because he said things that gave the German people hope in a somewhat desperate time. Their finances were in the toilet and their national pride was suffering badly. The things he said about "making Germany great again" sound a whole lot like what Trump is capitalizing on right now.
Not saying he is Hitler reincarnated, but he has found a weak spot in what people are feeling about America right now, and we are ready to listen to anyone who sounds like they are as fed up as us, and who promises to do radical things to change all of that. His body language is a lot like Hitler's, if you look at it.
Watch some old videos of Hitler at rallies, and you will see the same sort of blind loyalty that we are seeing at Trump gatherings. Might not seem that way to others, but I do see some disturbing similarities.

Trump's popularity is based on the fact that he is not afraid to speak the truth as he sees it. He addresses issues that the other candidates are afraid to for fear of alienating their contributors. Politicians have been bought and paid for for as long as I've been alive and we finally have someone who is beholden to NO MAN.
Trump embodies the American dream, he is what success looks like. He is one of the most successful businessmen in America. We have falling middle class income, historically low job participation and a dead or dying manufacturing base. We need someone who understands business.
Trump has set aside a multi-billion dollar business which he LOVES to try and do something for the American people, and for this he gets compared to Hitler.
