Bigger? Wow! I can't even respond to this? Are you honestly comparing the terrorist attacks on random groups of people with the last 2 world wars? I'm not saying that every innocent life taken by a terrorist group isn't tragic, but more than 60 million people died in WWII alone.
By the way, it's not Muslim vs non-Muslim. You apparently haven't been paying attention to world news for a while. Tens of thousands of Muslims have been killed by these radical terrorist groups.
the war on terror is not over yet. who knows how many will end up losing their lives.
I think it will make a person (especially a german/japanese mixed person) sick and tired of this silly comparison of the RADICAL muslims and Japanese-American, German-american or Japanese-German-American citizens.
NOBODY says Muslims, especially Muslim-Americans should all be interned. But during ww2, if the Japanese over there wanted to fight America, all of them should be killed, every single one of them.
By the way, I don't know at this point if I am going to vote for Mr. Trump, but Trump never said all Muslim americans should be interned.
So you're saying if a government chooses to attack a country, all of its citizens, including women and children, should be wiped off the face of the Earth?
By the way, I never mentioned Trump at all in this thread. Show me where I talked about him at all. I know he didn't say that. However, since you brought him up, he called for registering people by religion, something the Nazis did in 1930 Germany which was the first step so they could find the Jews.
Yes, German and Japanese soldiers fought in WWII. However, looking back at history, the U.S. has apologized for its shameful and unAmerican imprisonment of Japanese and German American who were interned, not because they had done anything suspicious, but because of their heritage.
Later during the Cold War with the Soviet Union, people in the U.S. were paranoid about Communism. I remember the drills we had in grammar school when we hid under our small desks (as if they were going to protect us from a nuclear attack!) Senator Joe McCarthy took advantage of all that fear. Today most people view McCarthyism as a sad time in American history, don't they?
Yet we fail to learn from history.

Which is why no one outside of those dealing with the world as it was during WWII has any business passing judgement on actions deemed necessary at the time to protect American security. Not you and not a few hundred congressmen sitting in their ivory tower comfort, doing their part to get the fledgling PC movement under way in 1988.
Well, they succeeded so well that today PC has had us in chains of paralysis for a generation. Our crippled PC culture today wouldn't - or should I say doesn't - have a prayer against the kind of adversarial situation faced by our leaders during WWII.
It's gonna take a man like Trump to pull us out of this quagmire of indecision and inaction and it won't be a moment too soon to save our national sinking ship.

If a government choose to attack a country and all their citizens supported the decision and wanted to fight for the evil government, then it is justified to kill all of them. yes. that is what I am saying.
You need to re-read my post again.
You need to bold the first part of my sentence too,
This is what I said

You misunderstood me. I wasn't saying the War on Terror is bigger than the World Wars---I was saying that a Muslims vs non-Muslim conflict, encompassing Christians, Jews, and other religious groups, is a bigger conflict than simply Muslim vs Christian. And you're right that it's mostly Muslims that are killed by radical terrorists, but the Islamists are fighting Jews in Israel, Christians in various countries, Hindus in India, Buddhists in Myanmar, Thailand, India, China, and various other places. So it isn't merely a Christian vs Muslim thing, but a Muslim vs non-Muslim thing.

When we start imprisoning "ALL" Muslims in Prison Camps, come back again and we can agree.
That does it I calling my congressman and demanding he call out the pedophile prophet MOR HAM ED and the cult worshipers.
Japan had a similar problem. They had to defeat the samurai class to gain acceptance and enter a more civilized phase. It was seen as unacceptable to let them go around cutting off heads for minor infractions. Maybe we can catch up to Japan in our thinking and not import these rabid raping dogs.
Where are the insults to Muslims? Saying to check who they are is not an insult or Obama can explain why our background has been checked many times over and how my family can almost play cards with the amount of drivers licenses we had to pay for over the years after our drivers license was declared invalid after 9/11 when we had it for 7 years and all of a sudden we needed a new one every year even though we had valid visa's for 5 years and that times 4 people!
We had to go to the mall close to our house today and in the department store walked a young man with a woman wearing a Burka which hardly even showed her eyes. He had to hold her hand or she would trip and fall.
We did stay far from them as we feel that it is weird that in many places faces have to been seen so you can detect who they are and what is hidden under the clothes.
Is that an insult or common sense as many attacks have taken place with these type of clothes and almost all by Muslims.
If you want to live like you did in your home country than why not stay there or assimilate to this culture. Every store (3) we went to the couple showed up and at one point we even thought it was to see how the public would react as this is very unusual way of dressing for our area and the man was a young man, probably mid or late twenties and dressed in jogging clothes.
