Correct, she has only said who she won't endorse. It's very similar to all of us who don't know who we are voting for but know we aren't voting for Trump.

As I said. She obviously knows Trump will win the SC primary by a significant margin. So she isn't going to risk her reputation and possibly her position by endorsing someone who will lose.
