I read through this but I didn't see any real plan on how to get it done but what he thinks should be done. To me, it carries a lot of what ObamaCareNot has to it. I see what he wants to do but not specifics about getting it done. What am I missing that his supporters see as a winning plan?

My state, KS, is trying to get a hold on the Medicare money so they can spend as they see fit. This is a BAD idea. They have done this with Medicaid and let it go to 3 insurance contractors and the only good thing that has come out of it is that there is another entity involved when they start passing the buck. I suppose that the insurance contractors have passed some cash around on this. They strive to "for-profit" and little else needs to be said.
