What an utterly disturbing election cycle this is turning out to be. We will have two career crooks to choose from in this election. Great. Now the world gets to laugh at us again.

How can such a great country front such ridiculous candidates?

I don't know. This election is like the Jerry Springer Show except with everyone wearing suits.

The process is ridiculous. Reality TV. We get what we deserve. The nation's best individuals wouldn't dare enter this three ringed circus. Then the social media and 24 hr TV adds to the cluster ****.

You are all exactly right ! I've been voting for 52 years and these are the worst choices I've ever seen. It isn't even a matter of choosing the lesser of two evils, it's just plain ridiculous !

I think the lying and cheating is the worst of it. Lying in Iowa and now cheating in TX.

Permanent loss of productive jobs for people who work with their hands (a basic human need), willful failure to maintain a legal border, declining real wages, and lying about it all are no joke.

Territorial integrity and legality are no joke.

The current mess reflects the willful failure to maintain territorial integrity and legality, without which any pretense of a country is a joke.

I'll be your mirror (reflect who you are).

This country is being run by losers already. So I guess it's fitting enough to have one of these mega losers accept responsibility for the freak show we are becoming.

I love my country. I hope we can snap out of this.

Everything every one of you has posted mirrors my feelings to a T. Every 4 years it comes down to picking the lesser of the evils, but this year there isn't one candidate that I feel ANYTHING for.

If we somehow elect that clown Trump, it will really demonstrate how low we have sunk as a society. Problem is, none of the others are exactly shining examples either.

Maybe we all deserve someone like Trump, and it might just wake us up as to how bad things have gotten. I do feel like this election is like a reality show somehow.
