What am I missing here? When are we talking about? Cruz has only been in DC for less than 4 years. All my years of voting and I have never seen such lousy choices running for the top spot, nor have I so many vicious attacks on the candidates by supporters of other candidates and the press. You're missing the fact that Cruz was in DC numerous times from 2003-2008 arguing in front of the Supreme Court as Solicitor General of Texas.
