This has happened at every Trump Rally in NY State. Of course many of these areas have been devastated by globalization brought to us by the Clintons, and soon to be TPP supported by Hillary & Cruz.

Trump loves NY and NY loves Trump. Expect a historically huge win tonight!

"Historically huge"??? We'll see. Trump was polling in the mid-fifties, which is hardly "huge" for any election but especially a primary, and he's under-performed his poll numbers in most primaries, mostly because so many rank-and-file Republicans can not stand him, so they vote for somebody else.

Mr. Trump will win NY for sure. However, if he does exceed 50% state-wide or in most congressional districts, it should be considered a devastating defeat. I think it will be close.

NYC to Donald Trump: He's not one of us - CNNPolitics.com

I was interested to read that Donald John Trump is not expected to do that well within New York City, which is why he chose to speak in Buffalo on the eve of the primary.

The thing is, most new Yorkers will never favor Cruz, they would rather vote for Trump or Hillary and that's a big delegate state.

The next few days will be depressing for Cruz.

That "opinion" article from MJ Lee doesn't say that. [MOD CUT/hijacking]

I, and the article, was not disputing that Mr. Trump will win New York state, or that he will not receive the most votes in NYC. The article, an opinion as you say, indicated that his popularity is not as high in Manhattan as in the rest of the state.
