"There's one more thing that we must do to make America wealthy again — and you have to be wealthy in order to be great, I'm sorry to say," Trump said during his speech in Bismarck.
Of course by his definition, I have no idea how America is supposed to be great "again" since it never was to begin with since it's never been universally wealthy.
Stating the obvious, I don't see why anyone would consider that new. Look at the poor countries, how many are considered "great". Do people living in 3rd world countries with disease and poverty feel like they have a "great" country?

Where's the story?
Exactly. I remember this part of Trump's speech and predicting a bot would pick up on it and twist it. They are getting too predictable now.
He clearly was talking about nations, not individuals.
The Hill, and perhaps the OP, we're hoping that people would be too lazy to read the article. I guess it worked on you.
The networks did not broadcast his speech. This way they can distort what he said and write their interpretation of his speech. Very dishonest and coordinated effort to hide the truth from the American people.

The guy who won the sperm lottery and inherited millions of dollars thinks that he would be where he is today if he started out as a poor kid in a housing project. The lack of empathy and introspective in this man says volumes.
