There is more than one case, Low and Cohen:
"Cohen, on the other hand, targets Trump through a provision of the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, more commonly known as the RICO Act—the same statute federal prosecutors use to bring down mob bosses. In essence, Low accuses Trump University of engaging in fraudulent business practices, while Cohen frames Trump University itself as a criminal enterprise with Trump as the orchestrator of a racketeering scheme."

Racketeering is a criminal charge

From Redstate: "One thing we DO know is that Curiel is kind of a badass, and has done more to actually fight border crime than Donald Trump could ever dream of. Curiel, in fact, was so hated as a prosecutor by the Mexican cartels that they tried to have him assassinated"

So, please help us "get the picture" and prove that Judge Curiel is "for illegal immigrants"
So Trump has found someone who doesn't give a hoot who he is, and neither he nor his followers know how to handle it. The spectacle is entertaining.

But, no, he must be biased because he is Mexican! It just be true - trump says so!

Why do you people continue with this when it was already explained to you that this judge is a member of a group that supports illegal aliens before you stop pulling the race card? No one has said that he isn't an American citizen. No, he isn't biased based on his ancestral roots but because of his affiliation with the above. Do you guys get it now or will it have to be repeated over and over?

No need for snide remarks. Yes, there are white people who are persecuted in this country just as other races are. Minorities don't hold the corner of the market on that.

Trump said the judge couldn't do his job because he's Mexican. He's not Mexican. He's an AMERICAN.

A Mexican-American with membership in a group with La Raza in its name that supports illegal aliens. Why do you leave that part out?

Yep, and it's also called "white guilt". They are self-hating whites apologizing for things they never did but they feel guilty by race for what some other whites have done, dead or alive. There must be some psychological term for that.

And why do you continue with this when it's already been explained to you multiple times that the group the judge belongs to is NOT the same one you are referencing? As many times as you and anyone else keeps repeating unproven statements as facts, they will be rebutted.

Where did I say that? In fact I said the two groups aren't the same. Did you miss that post? Reading comprehension perhaps? I said the group he is a member of has the name La Raza in it. Where's the falsehood in that? It appears they both have the same ideologies though they both support illegal aliens.

how about you just keep repeating it until trump's lawyer actually files a request for the judge to recuse himself.

because that's what happens if there actually is a valid reason for the judge to be recused.

And I still claim that the SDLRLA does not actually have an "ideology" pertaining to illegal immigration. I suppose we'll never agree on this. I claim that the SDLRLA is a fraternal organization of law professionals. Their members are all licensed to practice law in California. Inherent in their mission statement is to uphold the laws of California and the U.S. Therefore, I personally have a difficult time believing that as a group of law professionals, they would advocate and support illegal immigration.
