The question is going to become - how many are doing to drop out because the candidate they voted for wasn't nominated for the presidency? Especially young college supporters for Bernie, saying they would never vote for Hellary or Trump....

Nope. According to the Green Pages.
  • Democrats 28,766,806
  • Republicans 30,385,970
This is quite amazing especially considering that Trump won the race more than a month ago.

Wow, Hillary is up 2.5 million popular votes over Trump! I thought that he was going to catch up when the field narrowed.

Democrats haven't had a primary or caucus since three weeks ago (5/17) . . . . Trump secured 1,237 delegates on 5/26, less than 2 weeks ago.

Even though Trump clinched after everyone else dropped out, between 15-35% of every GOP primary since have persistently voted for the corpse of Cruz and Kasich, thereby helping the overall turnout number for no apparent reason.

GOP can brag about achieving party record for its primary turnout in 2016, but nearly 36,000,000 voted in the 2008 DNC primaries. Not even close there.

Here's a huge newsflash for you and others that have no clue about primaries. Democrats outnumber Republicans by a rather large margin. In most primaries you have to vote within your party. That means that whoever the Democrats are will get a larger number of votes than the Republicans. Do you get it now? It's really not that hard but hey, I would have thought you knew this already.

You are oversimplifying it, but you know that. In any case, the party affiliation is pretty much even nowadays: Party Affiliation | Gallup Historical Trends

Try again, love.
