In light of the terrorist attacks in Orlando (which I believe to be an "October Surprise" a few months early), looks like Trump was handed the election. There is absolutely no doubt he will exploit this until November, and is his signature issue besides the wall along the Mexican border. This just tells me, Trump is as pro-establishment as they come. Outsiders never benefit from incidents that greatly benefit them.

I doubt it.

People realize now more than ever that having an orange buffoon with zero actual idea of to what to do as POTUS would be a real mistake.

No way. Part of the reason Bush was elected to a second term was because he ran on a platform of FEAR.

We all saw how that turned out.

If Trump does the same, he'll be cutting his own throat.

I'd never vote for someone out of FEAR.

Two gay acquaintances I have spoken to plan to change their vote to Trump from Hillary over this massacre, but I doubt they would tell their fellow gays about their decision. They would probably be harassed unmercifully.

If gays care about their community, they have no other choice than Trump. Hillary is as big a Muslim extremist apologist and protector of these evil people as Obama.

I've heard nothing but criticism of Trump for sending out idiotic insensitive self-congratulatory tweets. Also FBI reps saying how dangerous his rhetoric is as it only helps ISIS.

If anything, what happened and Trump's response via tweets and unpresidential remarks, make me much more on the side of Hillary Clinton.

I hope you're right. The good thing is the attack happened so far out from the election but I think this definitely gives ammo to Trump's campaign.

Never underestimate how easily scared and duped the average white middle class voter can become. I'm not kidding, either. Their lives are so boring, so stagnant, they are easily emotionally manipulated

And having one wearing an orange jump suit with large numbers on her back would be better?
She needs to be arrested and convicted and serve TIME!
I have a clearance as high as hers, if I did what she did, I'D BE in jail... She's not in jail for one reason only... SHE'S A CLINTON... as corrupt as they come!

I think the OP grossly overestimates the attention span of the average voter.
