He wasn't "in the crowd". It was a meet-and-greet backstage after the event, and no one knows exactly why he wasn't allowed backstage. But since he wasn't offended, and the rest of us don't know why he didn't get to meet Trump, the outrage is all based on surmise. There is plenty of actual facts to criticize Trump on, this incident is too thread-bare of facts.
Fair enough. But it still doesn't change the optics that one of the few blacks who attempted to meet with Donald Trump was denied access. And not just any black man, but a black Republican, of whom there are very few.
After how gleefully Trump pointed out "his African-American" at one rally precisely because he was such an anomaly, you would think his staff would be astute enough to allow access to someone of color who actually made the effort to show up for their candidate. Anyway you slice it, it was a bad move on the campaign's part in a demographic they are doing very poorly with.
How many other people were thrown out? You are sympathizing with blacks because of the media??? How many other people were thrown out? Were other people thrown out? Did they focus on throwing out this one guy? Why??? Honestly, it makes it look like Trump didn't want to shake hands with the black guy.
Maybe you should find out all of that before you become so outraged. But nah, it's easier to see something shiny and chase it.
I used to think the suspicions of Donald Trump as a racist were overblown. I no longer think that. He seems to have serious issues with regard to race. Is it an age thing? I don't know but I've never seen anyone so overt in word and action.

Nope - so if it was a real incident and not just something that was taken from Buzzfeed where not one witness is identified - although there were many - I call BS.

No reason has been given and the gentleman is not commenting as far as I see. He was told that there was no room in the area they were holding a meet and greet. Now were there others behind him who also were not allowed in due to time constraints - who knows? But I'd rather err on the side of caution and wait for further info before making comments instead of having to eat crow after the fact because I didn't have my ducks in a row and ASS U ME things.
Where did you read that? Is this a troll thread, because it absolutely does not align with Mr. McNeely's on record statements. He has clearly stated there are no ill feelings and efforts made by the media to question their unity is nonsense and has no basis in fact.
Exactly. Not suprised in the least that these deeply dishonest libs would of course spin this story by outright lying. Must be Hillary followers.
