Add this little suit to the list of suits against trump.

"Controversy Over Tips
In 2016 a catering worker filed suit in state court in New York against Trump and two of his children alleging that they violated labor regulations by charging customers at the Trump SoHo a 22 percent service fee that was not shared with the plaintiff and other catering employees at the hotel-condominium. The case is pending."

Remember, anybody can file a lawsuit. They are decided on the merits not filed.

So, is anyone shocked that Trump would be a cheapskate and stiff the workers in order to pocket what, for him, would be nothing more than spare change?

Trump = Scrooge

The suit was filed against Trump SoHo, not Trump, and his children.

This is a dispute between managers, and caters, not Trump.

That's an interesting list. I counted 23 main issues, some of those issues representing multiple lawsuits. I had not heard of all of those. I think 3 of the 23 should be dismissed as things that could happen to any business. But frankly there are some issues there that make me never want to vote for Trump.

His "gaming violations, currency manipulation, lobbying violations, misleading investors with false information, and labor practices" are all very concerning. Trump has no place calling Hillary a liar, they are both liars.

So, is anyone shocked that whiney liberals keep posting useless crap, trying to bash Trump with made up stories like this?

It's going to be this way all election long.

The Democrats are running the most ethically challenged candidate since Richard Nixon, and they desperately need to create moral equivalency by running silly stories like this. Their hope is if there isn't one big story to tar and feather Trump with, they'll hit him with a tornado of bs and hope enough sticks to steal the election.

If trump let this get to the point where a suit is filed, he would have to deliberately refused to make the tip thing right for the employees. So much for being concerned about the working folks.

I found that website the other day. Interesting, very LONG list, of wrongdoings.
