Focused now on who will run in 2020. Could care less who wins. Voting for Johnson. 4 year's of whoever doesn't seem that bad hopefully the opposIng party and 3rd parties can come back with strong candiates to win in being the next POTUS.
Not sure outside of Amash and Paul for Libertarians who would run.
Really like the politics of Ayotte, Ernst, Flake, Capito, the Republican governor from Nevada.
Harris, Gillibrand, Brown, or Gabbard on the Dems.
Flowers on the Green side.
Dark horses: Linda Bean, John Mackey, Mark Cuban, Lincoln Chaffee, and Jeff Bezos.
I'm more nervous about the future of our country with either 2 in office than I am about choosing either one. Almost wish time would stand still for a while so I can catch my breath before the sh*t hits the fan.
I am certainly not thinking about 2020 and can't imagine anyone seriously is. Yes, I will be glad when the election is over but I have to say, I am looking forward to the conventions. They should be the most interesting in years.
Heard this quite a bit back during the Bush-Gore election of 2000.
Lot of people who voted for Nader (who arguably ended up being the "spoiler" in the election) later regretted doing so.
Anyone want to bet that Bush and Gore would have led the country in the same direction?
Anyone want to bet Gore would have invaded Iraq? Condoned war crimes?
My guess is he would have bored us all to tears with his incessant talk of global warming, but perhaps we would have actually done something significant. Who knows?
But I doubt he would have invaded iraq based on lies told by Ahmed Chalabi, a man few of us would buy used car from, let alone a new war.
Don't kid yourself. Elections make a difference. Throw your vote away on third party candidate protest vote if you like. But don't fool yourself that it won't make a difference.
Ask the voters in the UK who voted for Brexit how that works.

I think I voted for Bush. First election I voted in was 18 and believe was 2004 for Bush. I mean didn't agree on sone policies and looking back the war in the Middle East. Think could of been handled differently, also that whole Bush tax thing, and the Patriot Act.
I voted for McCain and Romney after that. I mean Obama has been good, but not a fan of the Affordable Care Act, stance on Immigration (Nor in favor of Republicans stance on immigration), Common Core, on some foreign relations policies (Some I like), and stance on trade.
If Clinton wins, Faux News and the usual dissatisfied malcontent talking heads Rushbo, OReilly, Hannity, several others will continue their relentless slamming of the Potus as the have since 2008........I'm tired off the devisiveness. But I refuse to go along with these loudmouths because Trump just isn't qualified or suitable to be in the WH.
