Can you imagine the outrage (rightfully so) if a right wing publication claimed the reason African Americans vote democrat is because of their lack of education?
Agreed. I picked on on that but about how it's Ok to bash us anglo white dudes who ain't "educated" but; IF that exact same thing was done to blue collar Black dudes who vote "Dem", there'd probably be riots.

Anyone that isn't a coastal liberal elite is automatically underestimated.

Less educated isn't necessarily bad. I'd like to see what the split is when polling those without a college degree making $40k+/year...like the plumbers, roofers, small business owners, HVAC techs, mechanics, etc. Ya know, the people that make the world go 'round. My guess is that Trump gets the majority of no-degree, hard workers making decent money without taking government assistance. Salt of the earth types.

Is someone with a college degree automatically more intelligent than someone that was able to make as much or more money without a degree (and with no college debt)? No degree doesn't make them any less able to analyze a situation.

Hmmmm.....so I guess only someone with an advanced degree would be smart enough to support a candidate who is a proven pathological liar, was incompetent as a SOS on every level, failed to protect our embassy in Benghazi and then knowingly lied about a fake video cause, has been involved with one scandal after another her whole career, recklessly endangered our national security for her own convenience all while staying married to a disbarred, impeached and cheating sexual predator.

Smart people indeed.....

I have a college degree, and am a woman of Hispanic descent. Guess what? I'm voting for Trump---and I'm not alone either.

The OP seems to forget that dems have their share of so-called "uneducated voters". Dems have no claim to the high ground and need to get off their high horses.

Mark Zuckerberg does not have a college degree, neither does Bill gates nor Mike Dell. Point is I have no idea where all of a sudden a college education is some sort of stand alone merit in itself, and I say this as someone with an MBA.

There are plenty of people who have a degree who are as dumb as a box of rocks, and plenty of people with no degree who are as sharp as a knife. Many careers do not require a degree at all, just skills, yet someone who is a master plumber is not regarded nearly as intelligent nor "educated" as someone with a degree in English working as an admin assistant.

Formal education is not the only means of being educated.

Some of the above people may have a higher education, but I think most do not.
If you want to get into specifics of under educated white men how about the following: Harry S. Truman, Chuck Yeager, the Wright brothers, Thomas Edison to name a few.
Great post, and all these jobs do require an education. You have to be on the ball to pull out a transmission or diagnose what is wrong with a car. No one hesitates to call a plumber when they need one, many make well into the six figures.
