Here's the simple difference. Johnson wants to legalize marijuana and admits to what he does, he owns a company that is legally registered with the state and can sell marijuana products legally.
Trump is for getting rid of people who came here illegally, his wife almost certainly came here illegally. Their stories are not consistent and the type of visas she claimed to come here on isn't true. Her current citizenship status could be revoked if she came here illegally.
That's a huge difference. If you guys want to pretend Johnson isn't a threat and that spelling her name wrong is important, then continue to delude yourselves.

Prove that Trump's wife came here illegally. We'll wait.

Her citizenship cannot be revoked for the simple fact that there are MILLIONS of illegals that have gotten married and became citizens that way. They would have to revoke ALL of those and prosecute sanctuary cities before they could do anything to her. It won't happen, besides, there are no facts to back up that she came here illegally.

Melania stated she had her H1B visa stamped every 6 months and then would have to return to the US. A H1B visa does not have to be stamped and they last much longer then 6 months, plus one doesn't have to leave the country if one is here on a H1B. She perfectly described a B1B2 visa which does not allow work. That allows for tourism and making business connections, but no payment can be received. We know she worked because of her nude photographs. Ding, just proved it. But I'll wait for you Trump supporters to come up with some BS reason.
They don't need to release her visa documents, Trump should simply have the USCIS make a statement saying she did everything legally. But that won't happen, because it is so completely obvious she broke the law.
Trump is really going to ruin his life running for president, his businesses are doing poorly and his wife could theoretically lose her citizenship.

No. She got her green card in 2001 and this was before she got married(married in 2005). Her green card was approved based on her meeting the visa criteria when in US between 1995-2001 before qualifying for green card. It sounds like her visa was NOT a H1B work visa like she said. They don't require going back to her home country every 6 months. Other non-work visas require those visits to home country but you are not allowed to work in the US with those visas. She likely had one of those other visas instead of a work visa.
Seems she is caught in a big lie (again). She lied about having a college degree too. So she's proven in embellishing her education record so now she seems to be caught doing the same on her immigration record.
This likely means she was illegally working while in the US on a different type of visa prior to 2001. This means the green card (aka legal permanent resident) was received via fraud terms. They would not have issued her a green card if she was working in the US illegally as it is automatic denial for green card if your visa terms are not followed. She got her citizenship after having the green card. But if the green card was under fraudulent terms, then she couldn't have gotten a citizenship using the green card.
the marriage was not the reason for getting the green card. She could have gotten citizenship even without marriage since she only needed the greencard to get to citizenship.

Will it happen, it's unlikely unless Trump becomes president and starts enforcing current immigration policies. That's why it's a big deal, Trump is the one who wants to enforce these laws, and now we discover his wife got here by commuting visa fraud. It's the biggest slap in the face I've seen recently.
