Facts:
- Obama's Dept of Justice DID NOT negotiate a plea for Mill's probation.
- The judge, a conservative and an NRA member, gave Mills the probation.
- The judge rationalized giving Mills a probation with the logic that, "Guns don't kill people, people kill people." He used those exact words in court. His reasoning: Don't punish people who buy and sell guns, punish those who actually pull the trigger. This is similar logic echoed by the NRA.
What does that have to do with fixing our guns problem?
