Gary Johnson will be on all 50 ballots even though he may not be called a Libertarian in some places.
There was a little discussion about this a couple of months ago and at that time there were lots of doubters.
Ohio posed a problem, but that has now been solved. Green areas are good to go, the rest are awaiting one thing or another. 43 states + DC as of 8/24.

I won't be voting for him, but I'm glad he's achieved this. I still think that LP needs to put as much effort into down ticket races if they want to become a viable 3rd party but maybe this will help.
