The marking or lack of it, is not what makes an email classified. It is up to the sender to mark it. Hillary both SENT and received vlassified email on her private server. It would be up to her to mark it correctly, but that would be an admission that she was sending classifed info on a system that she wasn't supposed to be using.
Plus, there are emails from her, telling her staff to remove the heading of classified emails, to make it into nonpaper, and email to her normally. That is most likely why they found so many emails that were vlassified, but without headers.
No. If Clinton or her staff wrote it without information from another agency it is classified as she sees fit. Even if it secondary references such information she still controls.
There are no emails telling staff to remove classification markings. There were talking points where she suggested sending as an open document but that was not classified by anyone other than her staff and well within her authority.
And none of this has anything to do with a civilian server being built without security clearances.

If something is marked top secret (any classification for that matter) and you disagree with it, it does not matter especially if its from another department, you have to treat it as what it is classified as, period end of story...

Thee is no misleading. Are you saying that she ONLY conducted business on her private server with emails only from her department? Really?
