It is being widely reported now:

Hillary campaign accused of methodically overcharging poorest donors in widespread scheme | BizPac Review

Well, if it worked in 2008?

Credit card fraud from Hillary's campaign?

Oh, "crooked" so describes her!

Please cite the statute that was broken (a per-requisite for felony charges.)

Did it happen or not???? I don't care who the messenger is. I care if it happened or not. With Hillary anything is possible. Why? Because she has been caught lying so many times. Like being flat busted broke when they left the white house, or being under sniper fire. Even lying about what the FBI said.... The FBI didn't clear her of breaking laws, the FBI chose not to prosecute. There is a big difference.

1. Why are there two different methods of donation. One by phone, and the others on the website if she only made one donation via website.

2. Why didn't she contest the charges with her credit card company or bank?

It makes more sense to contest the charges and get a new card than to call thousands of times to fix the issue.

What does that have anything to do with credit card charges?

It's called theft, or fraud.

There is no way to justify this, stealing from the elderly, and the poor is despicable.

Why isn't the hundreds of million that the donor class is giving her to buy her off enough, why does she need to steal from the poor?

I am sure the same thing is happening on the Trump website. We just aren't hearing about it.

This is really a non-story.
why are you tossing out red herrings and non-sequiturs?

There is no accusation that stolen credit cards were used.
there is no accusation that banks aren't refunding in violation of the law.

IN fact, the bank is clearly refunding quickly. The article clearly states the issue is that the campaign isn't doing anything after up to 50 calls. THEN the customers are going to the bank for resolution and getting it FROM THE BANK.

But NOT FROM HILLARY campaign.

this isn't about stolen credit cards.

Its about a pattern of abuse of the poor. Its about fraud by Hillary and her campaign. Its about a willful disregard for the law. and CONTEMPT for the American people.

Either provide a counterpoint or go away. this nonsense you are spouting has nothing to do with facts at hand.

The article itself points out, "This is theft, fraud or wire fraud—it’s a federal crime!”

what else do you need?

you want someone to provide you the statute in the actual code? LOL.
